Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what customer information Digital E-Shop BD may collect and how we use it for order processing, delivery, support, refund/replacement verification, and communication.
Information we may collect
- Name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, and contact information.
- Order details, selected product/package, payment method, transaction ID, and payment verification details.
- Support messages, issue details, screenshots or proof shared by the customer for troubleshooting.
- Account details required for activation, invite setup, license delivery, or manual service setup when a specific product requires it.
How we use information
- To verify payment and process your order.
- To deliver digital products, activate services, provide setup guidance, or send license/access details.
- To provide after-sales support and check refund/replacement eligibility.
- To contact you about your order, delivery, renewal, support request, or policy-related issue.
Information safety
- We do not sell customer personal information.
- Customer information is used only for order processing, delivery, support, refund/replacement verification, and communication related to Digital E-Shop BD services.
- Customers should not share unnecessary passwords, OTPs, financial PINs, or sensitive personal information unless a specific service clearly requires certain account details for activation.
Third-party services
- Some orders may involve third-party platforms, apps, payment services, or digital service providers. Their own policies may also apply to your use of those services.
- Digital E-Shop BD may need to use the information you provide to complete activation, delivery, support, or verification for the product you ordered.
Contact
- For privacy-related questions, order support, or correction requests, contact Digital E-Shop BD through the support details shown on the website.
Need help with an order? Contact us through WhatsApp or email from the footer. Please keep your order details and payment transaction ID ready for faster support.
Customer Accounts
If you create a customer account, we store the email address and WhatsApp/phone number you provide so you can sign in and view linked orders. Account passwords are stored using secure password hashing rather than as readable passwords. Guest checkout remains available.
Referral, Affiliate & Wallet Data
- When a visitor uses a referral or affiliate link, we may store a first-party referral code cookie for the configured attribution period (normally up to 30 days) so an eligible order can be credited correctly.
- Affiliate analytics may record a privacy-protective hashed network identifier, landing path, referral code, click time, attributed order ID, commission status and payout records for fraud prevention, attribution and accounting.
- Affiliate dashboards do not expose referred customers' private contact details, payment screenshots, passwords or transaction information.
- Customer wallet records store reward credits, order-credit usage and reversals so account balances remain auditable.
- We may review or block suspicious referral patterns, self-referrals, duplicate-account abuse, cancelled orders or other activity that could improperly generate rewards.
Secure Digital Delivery Data
- For products delivered as login details, license keys, activation codes, invite links or similar digital credentials, Digital E-Shop BD may store the delivery data in private server storage so the order can be fulfilled and later viewed by the authorized customer.
- Delivery secrets stored by the website's Secure Inventory system are encrypted at rest using the website's private application encryption key. They are not stored in public product files or exposed to ordinary staff roles.
- Authorized administrators can manage secure inventory and fulfillment. Customers can view delivery records only after signing in to the customer account that is linked to the relevant order.
- Delivery records may keep operational information such as delivery time, whether a delivery email was accepted by the mail server, and secure-delivery view counts for support and audit purposes.
Subscription, Support Ticket & CRM Data
- For eligible delivered subscription orders, we may keep operational records such as activation date, estimated expiry date, warranty end date, renewal relationship and reminder status so customers and administrators can manage renewals and support.
- Customer support tickets may store the selected order, issue type, messages, workflow status and screenshots voluntarily uploaded for troubleshooting or warranty review. Ticket attachments are kept in private storage and are served only through authenticated customer or authorized team access.
- Authorized administrators may keep private CRM notes, display names, tags and last-contacted information to provide consistent customer service, renewal follow-up and warranty/support history. These internal notes are not displayed publicly.
- Access to support tickets is permission-controlled. Staff support permissions do not grant authority to modify the underlying order, payment, product, wallet, commission or CRM financial data.
