Family Slot orders are fulfilled by applying/sending a Microsoft 365 Family invitation to the customer’s own Microsoft account using only the account email. The 2-Year Account package is delivered as Microsoft 365 account credentials (Email + Password) with official download/setup instructions.
Warranty
Family Slot + 1TB OneDrive: 1 Year Full Warranty covering subscription access and the included 1TB OneDrive storage for the 12-month period; Microsoft 365 Account + 1TB OneDrive: 2 Years Full Warranty covering active subscription access and 1TB OneDrive storage for the entire 24-month period.
Conditions
Family Slot package: activation requires only your Microsoft account email address; Digital E-Shop does not require your password, and you should ensure the account does not already have a conflicting Microsoft 365 subscription. 2-Year Account package: delivered in Email | Password format; access and install applications through the official Microsoft portal (portal.office.com), use up to 5 personal devices, follow standard platform terms, and keep the supplied login credentials secure.
