- You provided wrong account, email, phone, WhatsApp, region, or other order information.
- You ignored setup or usage instructions provided by Digital E-Shop BD.
- The issue is caused by your device, internet connection, app version, unsupported device, region restriction, service-provider limitation, or incorrect usage.
- The stated warranty or support period has expired.
Refund processing
- Approved refunds are processed through a suitable available payment method after checking the order, payment, delivery status, and support history.
- Processing time may vary depending on payment method, verification, and banking/mobile-financial-service conditions.
- If a product is unavailable, Digital E-Shop BD may offer a replacement, alternative product, or refund according to this policy.
