What warranty may cover
- Eligible access-related issues that happen within the stated warranty period for that product.
- Activation or delivery issues caused by the product/service setup, not by customer misuse.
- A delivered product that stops working during the stated warranty period, subject to verification.
How we handle eligible issues
- We will first try to troubleshoot and solve the issue through support guidance.
- If troubleshooting does not solve an eligible issue, we may provide a replacement according to the product warranty terms.
- If we cannot provide a working solution or replacement for an eligible issue within the stated warranty period, refund eligibility will be reviewed according to the Refund Policy.
When replacement is not guaranteed
- You changed password, recovery email, login details, profile, plan, billing, security, or account settings without permission.
- You violated usage rules, shared access incorrectly, abused the service, or used the product outside the given instructions.
- The issue is caused by your device, app version, internet connection, unsupported region, incorrect setup, or third-party service limitation.
- You provided incorrect order/account details or failed to provide required verification information.
- The warranty period shown for the product has expired.

- Replacement support is not open-ended. It is limited to eligible issues under the stated product terms.
